- Determining delivery eligibility.
- Tracking delivery progress for customers.
- Assigning orders to the nearest delivery agents.
- Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device you use to access the
app, including device hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and collect FCM tokens to send
you updates about your orders and promotional offers.

- In-App: Go to Profile > Delete Account
- Email Request: You can send an email to contact@aauraunix.com with the
subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered phone number or email address.

are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory reasons (such as transaction records for tax
purposes).
